THE VILLA
We would like to introduce you to our holiday villa “Casa Los Almendros”in the south of Spain.
It is located in the southernmost region; the invariably sun-drenched Andalusia. The Axarquia region is part of this region. And the white village of Compéta is one of the 31 villages in this region.
It is as if Compéta has been settled on the southern flanks of the Sierra Tejeda. Located on this beautiful mountain and in the vicinity of a sweltering sea, try to resist.

COMPETA
in all her nakedness, guileless, impudent because of her captivating beauty, enjoys the caress of the sun. The village does not spoil the landscape, it follows the gentle slopes. The landscape that is sculpted and massaged by the warm winds and soft rains.
The sweet scents of almond trees, the intense tasting olives and the vineyards that transform their grapes into the softest sweet white wines. Cool echoing strolling streets meandering between white houses and flowing together into picturesque bustling squares. Squares embraced with fragrant flowers, filled with warm hospitable people.
Together telling the story of their rich swirling history. A history in which the Moors in particular have contributed.

The location on top of a hill with breathtaking views makes Casa Los Almendros so unique. Not only from the bedrooms and living room, but also from the spacious covered terrace and gardens, you and your family and/or friends can enjoy the magnificent views of the sun-drenched Mediterranean Sea, the majestic peaks of the Sierra Tejeda (Maroma), the small enchanting villages and in clear weather the rock of Gilbraltar and the Rif Mountains in Africa (Morocco).
